How to configure Sharepoint for ticketing system RRS feed

  • Hi There,

    We are using Sharepoint 2010 for IT ticketing system. Everything is working fine but the problem is whenever a new ticket has came  IT Desktop Engineers manually need to pick them and assign on their names.

    Is there any way to automate this process. Whenever a new ticket has came it should assign it to IT engineers in who are all in the List automatically one by one in a queue instead of manual picking.
