Visibility on tablet

We have an asp.net website that some users are accessing via their tablet computers.  One of the users reported that they could not see a menu (asp.net Menu control inside a Panel) display.  I cannot figure out why it does not show as the user has a Android tablet similar to mine (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 - different model) and mine has no problem displaying.  I thought since the entire Panel (div) did not show that it might have something to do with CSS settings on the Panel.  Below is the style that I am using on the Panel.  Any help is appreciated.
