Also, I considered looking into the extension capabilities built-in to the toolkit.  Is this something that could be done through that?  I'm having trouble finding documentation on it.

Hi, I am tester of SEO toolkit. I have logged a bug to track this issue and that issue would be investigated in the next version.

BTW, I'd like to share one tip in case you don't know. You can use Space key to select the checkbox and use Arrow down key to move to below treeview item, which will be better to enable check buttons using mouse.

Thanks for your tip, but i was already using that way. I hope the select all feature will be added in the next release.
