Workspace issue: Syncing error. RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have a workspace connect to a SharePoint library. The library has 2 folders but workspace is showing only one folder.

    It is saying that there is an error in syncing with sharepoint.

    Please guide me on this.

    Are you in a SharePoint 2010 or SharePoint 2013 environment?

    For your issue, make sure the user have permission on the issued folder.

    1. Select the folder item that has an error icon.

    2. Click the Resolve tab and then click Resolve Conflict or Error.

    3. Select an option in the Resolve Error dialog box.

      • Click Fix Error if you want to try again. For example, perhaps your server permissions have changed. If you are unable to fix the error, you will need to choose another option.

      • Click Save As to save the folder to disk.

      • Click Delete to delete the folder.

    If the issue persists, please check the ULS log to determine the exact cause of the error. ULS log is at:
