CCF Workflow error in Agent desktop RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have tried creating workflows on the CCF server but get the error below. We have created the actions, workflow steps etc. Our hostedcontrol initializes and does the default step but when we try to execute a workflow step it fails on  the following line of code FireRequestAction(new RequestActionEventArgs("Customer Workflow Manager", "Human Workflow Automation", sb.ToString())); of the WfWorkflowControls.cs file in the AgentDesktop solution. Has anybody seen this before?

  • Hi MrGerhard,

I think you have disabled or removed/deleted the Customer workflow manager application from the list of hosted applications.

Please note that itsd a hideen control which needs to be enabled and also mapped to the users group which are using the agent dekstops

Hopefully this should solve the error you are getting

  • Hi, is the "Customer Workflow Manager" hosted control insatalled and enabled? You can try calling the same action that is throwing the error on it using the CCFDebugger to see what happens. You should debug the line you mention, to see the XML of the action's data and see if it have any problem. And also, have you granted permission to the user for executing the workflow step?
