Need embed in iframe code for videos in Azure Media Services RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to see if I can use Azure Media Services to store/host my videos and then embed them in an iframe for use in other websites, posts, through SalesForce communities, etc. I have a sample video uploaded there but I can seem to get the code right for the iframe. I was hoping there was a code creator like there is in videoindexer for embedding. I was able to do it through videoindexer and the code for that is below but I don't want to have to upload to videoindexer to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

    <iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.videoindexer.ai/embed/player/d1267376-8613-4756-b404-2ebc832a7d96/cf20f9a6ed/" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

    Thank you!

  • You will probably find at some point that Azure Media Player provides an iframe insertion link at http://ampdemo.azureedge.net/, below the video click on Code and Get embed code.  However, as per the note " Note: this embed code is for demo purposes only. Do not use in production."

What I would suggest instead is that you build this capability yourself that takes the recommended Azure Media Player code (see https://aka.ms/ampdocs) and builds an iframe for you.
