  • I could be wrong, but I don't think you can write Windows drivers in .NET.  Maybe try to post on another forum, or perhaps you could clarify what you're trying to do.

  • See http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/DevTools/ddk/default.mspx for Windows device driver kit.  You cannot write a device driver in a managed language.

    my aim is to create a driver for a camera that is not in existence physically using directx (directshow filters).... the camera will be virtual that will capture screen... and i want to register that camera as a hardware in my pc through the code... hope this gives somewhat clear idea....
