Excel Web Access web part in a App for SharePoint?

Question

Can I add an EWA web part to an "App for SharePoint"?  If so, how?  I can't find any examples.

I have SharePoint development tools in Visual Studio 2012 installed on my dev computer.  And I can see tutorials like:  "How to: Create a basic provider-hosted app for SharePoint" http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/apps/fp142381(v=office.15).  But I can't figure out how to add web parts like EWA?

Can I add the EWA to a ASP.net remote developer-hosted (Provider-hosted, cloud-hosted) App [as opposed to a SharePoint-hosted App]?  And then control the EWA with JavaScript CSOM?

Currently, you can't add an EWA Web Part to an app for SharePoint.

There's a complete/detailed EWA namespace API specifically for "Apps for SharePoint" here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/apps/ee589018(v=office.15).aspx

What's it for?  How can it be used?  Do you insert the EWA into a page like you do SkyDrive Embed code, like at http://www.excelmashup.com/jsapi?  If so, how do you get the JavaScript embed code?
