How to send email only when a build succeeds in TFS 2013?

Question

I want to send email notification only when a build succeeds or partially succeeds. How do I do that?
The only option I see in Project Alerts is either send email notification when a build completes (pass or fail) or a build fails but now for when a build succeeds or partially succeeds.
