How to adjust emulator to read my localhost?

Dear All,
    I use visual studio 2005 Pocket PC 2003 SE Emulator OR Smartphone 2003 SE Emulator.

I have a mobile asp.net web site that is hosted on my http://localhost/Mobile/ . This site is working very well on Windows IE while when I write this url on the Emulator IE, it gives me this response:
Smartphone 2003 SE Emulator: "Error. Unable to connect. Verify your dialup or proxy settings are correct, and try again."
Pocket PC 2003 SE Emulator: "The requested URL was not found"

My Questions are:

1- How to adjust emulator to read my localhost? [Most Important]

2- What is Microsoft ActiveSync and is it installed with visual studio 2005?

3- What does Cradle mean?

1. Cradling it will work.

2. ActiveSync is the software for connecting a Pocket PC to a computer. It does not come with Visual Studio, but you can download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7269173a-28bf-4cac-a682-58d3233efb4c&DisplayLang=en

3. Cradle means to connect the Pocket PC to the computer. You need ActiveSync to do that.
