Internet Explorer App - Black bar on the bottom of the screen stays unless you manually right click RRS feed

  • Question

  • As suggested by the Microsoft rep in the Install Fair, I am reposting my feedback:

    Hi,

On the Internet Explorer app, the bottom bar does not stay hidden after the page has loaded. You must physically right click or press a button for it to disappear. But upon a click on a hyperlink, the bar reappears and stays there again.

You should only see the blue loading dots when the page loads, not the entire bar, and then have the dots disappear once it is finished
    Details

Repro Steps( List the steps used prior to encountering the bug):

    1) Open Internet Explorer App
    2) Load a page
    3) The black bar on the bottom stays there unless you manually right click.
    4) Upon a hyperlink press or anything (after you have hidden that bar), it will pop back up and remain there.

  • Hey Marc25v,

If you haven't submitted this feedback via the Microsoft Connect website, can you also submit feedback using the Windows Feedback Tool from the Connect Site associated with your Windows Developer Preview program? If you’re an MSDN subscriber, the information on how to join the Connect program is included on the download page where you installed Windows Developer Preview.  There’s a link to the Connect site and an invitation code that you can click on to join using a Windows Live ID account. If you’re not an MSDN subscriber follow this limited use link to join the Connect program and then follow the steps here
