Getting vague certification rejection: "Not full touch support" RRS feed

  • Question

  • For a few times in a row, I am getting rejection of my app publishing with this reason: "The app does not appear to fully support touch input. Touch support in this app do not appear to work to our reviewers."

The application was tested in simulator with touch mode on. It was tested on tablet with Windows 8. It was tested using touch screen. No problems at all. But testers still insist, that touch is not supported.

So, the question is: what should I do to get more information about the "error" these testers are getting?

If something is wrong with the app, shouldn't the tester explain what exactly went wrong? I guess testers just don't speak English.
