Developers need to be owners and cannot be assign individual roles

    Question

  • From Joe Weale (@joe_weale) via Twitter who tweets:

“Just reporting a bug with remote debugging - seems to be the same reason I last spoke to yourselves. I've identified the problem: If you assign the user more than one role on the subscription the remote debugging through visual studio breaks. I've had the same issue today after adding another role - unfortunately this now means all developers need to be owners and cannot be assign individual roles based on what they need access to.
The problem now isn't we can't assign multiple roles without breaking remote debugging”

    Tweet URL: received through DM

Appreciate if you may be able to assist the customer on this matter.

    Thanks,

If you have identified this is a issue for the remote debugging. I suggest you'd better submit this feedback to Microsoft Connect feedback portal:

    http://connect.microsoft.com/

Microsoft engineers will evaluate them. After you logged this issue, please share here and I will help to vote it.

    Best Regards,
