Updating Visual Studio Community 2015 SP1 never completed

Hi All,

I have updated Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015 with SP1, after downloading the SP1 and installing, and then the process goes to "Configuring your system. This may take a while" but this process has not yet finished even after 2 weeks. I though this process takes very - very long.  Is there any solution ?

Hi Sentoso,

From your description above, I'd like to suggest you to restart your Visual Studio, and follow steps below to try it again,

In the Extensions and Updates, find the extension you want to install. (If you know the name or part of the name of the extension, you can search in the Search Visual Studio Gallery window.) Click Download, then Install. You must restart Visual Studio in order to load the extension.
