Windows Server 2016 - Outlook 365 indexing RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We're switching to Exchange online, we're already using FSLogix so I enabled cached exchange modus and followed all the steps to enable multiuser search in FSLogix. Currently I'm using the latest 2004 version.

    I'm not getting any errors in the FSLogix logs however, Outlook is not indexing email. If I check I can see it only indexes 4 items and then it says complete (see screenshot). Outlook instant search isn't working.

    There are some errors though in the Windows event log, one in the application log which might be related with source search which says Enumerating user sessions to generate filter pools failed.

    FSLogix debug logs are all enabled and show no errors.

    Any idea how to fix this?
