  • Hi Dhatri- only use Internet Explorer 32-bit version and run it in compatibility mode. Make sure the site is added to the trusted sites. Make sure all SharePoint add ons are enabled.

  • Hi Dhatri p,

Please also check if this issue is caused by the script in the page.

Open Web Part Page Maintenance page by adding “?contents=1” to the page’s URL, remove the web parts which contain the script from the page, see if the issue is resolved.

    Best regards,

    Linda Zhang

  • Hi Dhatri p,

Did you migrate from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013?

If it is your situation, check whether you have customized the page or web parts on the page in SharePoint 2010. If there are some customizations on the page in SharePoint 2010, when you upgrade SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 and make it work in SharePoint 2013 mode, you also need to upgrade the customizations to SharePoint 2013.

For more Information, you could read the following article:

  • Hi Dhatri p,

It could be the browser compatibility issue.

Please check if the browser supports the customizations.

    Best Regards,
