Powerpoint 2010 - vba - Edit View - Web Browser RRS feed

    Hi

    I have my Powerpoint Web Browser working in Slideshowview. See http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/officegeneral/thread/ec320c92-28e8-4ce2-8d1a-539f945713b6

    => What i was wondering is it possible to activate the Web Broswer control in Edit Mode so you can check if the size is right and the look ?

    I used Set osld = ActiveWindow.View.Slide to get the slide and run the code normally run when the slideshow is running.

    However the browser did not update and the VBA did not like the  theObject = Nothing code line.

    Set theObject = oShape.OLEFormat.Object

                    theObject.Navigate (url)

                    theObject = Nothing

    Thanks

  • The WebBrowser control work as expected in the PowerPoint design mode. Think of it as design time enviroment and slide show as runtime.

    I think the answer is it does not animate in design mode.
