Accessing Data Factory pipeline (ADFV2) through C#, getting access issue

    Question

  • Hi,

    When i am accessing the ADFv2 pipeline through C# getting authorization issue (i am trying to fetch the current status of pipeline)., i have registered a app in AD to authenticate this. still facing same issue.

    FYI: I am able to access the ADFv1 pipeline through C#, used same settings here as well.

    If any one worked on this type of scenarios, please give suggestions/inputs on this.

    Thanks in Advance.

  • Did you added the following code to access the data factory pipeline,

    {

        "name": "MicrosoftAccessLinkedService",

        "properties": {

            "type": "Odbc",

            "typeProperties": {

                "connectionString": {

                    "type": "SecureString",

                    "value": "Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb, *.accdb)};Dbq=<path to your DB file e.g. C:\\mydatabase.accdb>;"

                },

                "authenticationType": "Basic",

                "userName": "<username>",

                "password": {

                    "type": "SecureString",

                    "value": "<password>"

                }

            },

            "connectVia": {

                "referenceName": "<name of Integration Runtime>",

                "type": "IntegrationRuntimeReference"

            }

        }

    }

  • Hi,

    Thanks for responding on this.

    Actually, I have created linked service with respective details through V2 preview UI only.

    As per your code, other than creating linked service do we need to add your code as well? If yes, where i need to put this code?

    and also, where can i find my "Integration Runtime" value?

    Your help is more appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Naveen
