Rehosted Workflow Designer and custom property editor RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    In my current project I work with rehosted workflow designer.
    I run thru the example in: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee834515.aspx and all seems to work in Visual Studio Workflow Designer (I am interested in DialogPropertyValueEditor).

    But in the rehosted editor, sometimes there is no "stack" panel - If there is no other activities it is displayed correctly on other hand if I add some other activities save it and reopen serialized workflow the "stack" disappears.
    Although memberName is displayed. Furthermore I noticed that when I am using

    using Microsoft.Windows.Design.Metadata;
    using Microsoft.Windows.Design.PropertyEditing;

    instead of

    using System.Activities.Presentation.Metadata;
    using System.Activities.Presentation.PropertyEditing;

    the "stack" is always visible, but the properties with attribute

    becomes visible in the editor (in Misc. section).

    Do you have any ideas is there any way display the stack panel permanetly and not showing the properties which should not be browsable?

  • Hi,

    I thnik I managed to solve this issue, but still it is the drity way.

    The stack panel is visible due to using's

    using Microsoft.Windows.Design.Metadata;
    using Microsoft.Windows.Design.PropertyEditing;

    and public propertis are not due to attribute's

    [Browsable(false),  ReadOnly(true)]
