How to deploy wsp webparts in sharepoint2010

Hi all,      

I created usercontrols in VS2010 & i installed wsp builder2.0 in my system. how to add usercontrols in wsp builder. i need to use this usercontrol webparts in sharepoint 2010(How to deploy). can anybody give me some solution or links.
