lumia 521 update

Question

Will I get windows 10 update to my lumia 521? Besides, I can not use 3g service... How can i use 3g service provided by the mobile phone operator?

I would talk to your carrier or ask in answers.microsoft.com about why you cannot connect to 3g.  Here is a list of the next phones to get windows 10 beta.
