how to access in folder:"AC" RRS feed

    now,I want to find file in the folder: "c:\users\{user}\AppData\Local\Packages\{PackageGuid}\AC\InetCache",how to access in it~

    PS:use  "Windows.Storage.ApplicationData.Current.LocalFolder" cann't get the "AC" folder~
