Change title case command RRS feed

  • Question

  • When you use the "Capitalize each word" command, it do it by english rules (I suppose). In Spanish you don't capitilize some words, even in titles, like the "y" ("and" in spanish) i.e. "tacos y chiles" --> "Tacos y Chiles".

I can write a macro, but I wonder if I can change the wdCharacterCase enumeration so it reflects this rules when the text is in spanish only.

    TIA

  • Title case capitalizes words, such as prepositions, which shouldn’t be capitalized. As far as I know, there is nothing you can do about it in the user interface.
