Suggestions for the multilingual toolkit

  • 1, On one project, the toolkit failed to install with cryptic errors. A better excuse for failing is required, so we can try and fix the issue.

    2. When sending to translator by email, Outlook opens BEHIND Visual Studio. The only indication there is an open window requiring attention is an icon on the taskbar.

    3. The email to the translator includes a link to a page that expects the translator to have Visual Studio installed. Translators do not care about VS, they just want a simple tool to get the job done. The tool in VS is great, but make it really standalone.

    4. On a non Visual Studio machine, ignoring all the warnings, the tool is installed, but because the extension is not registered, the file for translation knows nothing about the tool and can not start it.
