Dropdownlist inside update panel fires the onselectedindexchange event at second time in my aspx page RRS feed

    Hi..

    I have a aspx page with a Dropdownlist and gridview. I want to update certain cells on the gridview based on the value that we are selecting from the Dropdownlist. But dropdownlist fires and call the event on the second time(i.e i need to select the change the value for two times) for this task. Nothing is happening when i selected a value from Dropdownlist at first time................Help me....

    Besides, if you want to update the GridView in DropDownList selectedIndexChange event, after update, you need to rebind the GridView.
