WPF effects are broken after lock/unlock windows session RRS feed

  • Reproduced on XP + .net 3.5 sp1
    Any ideas?

  • This sounds very much like an issue we've already fixed.  There is a QFE available for 3.5 SP1, or you could also just try installing .Net 4.0 Beta 2 to see if the issue is resolved there.

    Download the program,
    then run,
    hide it.
    then, lock the desktop (win + L)
    after unlocking - effects and animations are not rendered.
