Random WACK Failures with a C++ DirectX game

  • Hi all,

    We're working on an update for a game that's already in the store, and we're getting reports from the test team of the WACK randomly failing on certain test devices. We've seen this before on some ARM devices, but the results didn't make any sense.

    The WACK test isn't detecting our game suspending. We've been given links on how to make sure the WACK picks this up, but they all refer to XAML based apps catching a suspend event. We don't have such an event.

    Note that our app suspends instantly on all the devices that it fails on, but the test just isn't picking that up. I can't give further info into the WACK versions, but given the test team, I'm sure it's the latest.
