Default ui-dark.css and ui-light.css are overly verbose and specific

    General discussion

  • down to the smallest element. Its nearly impossible to restyle controls like inputs when MSFT decided to put specific styles on ever input[type=button] input[type=select]. I feel their CSS is missing the "cascading" part. Anybody else feels like that?

I hope they bring out a "light" version that really uses cascading instead of defining every element specifically. That is especially annoying with the colours when you want to use the dark or light theme as a base and add your own color variations to it.

Furthermore it would be nice if there would be built in support for stylus, sass or alike in VS2012.
