IAP stop working after update on Windows Phone 8.1 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Yesterday I updated IAP product (I changed price in only one country) in app

    designed for Windows Phone 8 and after publication this IAP stopped working.

    Now I'm getting communicate: "Can't find item in catalogue

    We've looked, but we can't find the item you wanted to buy".

    Before IAP update everything worked fine.

    I'm wondering if this is common Windows Store issue?

    EDIT: IAP stopped working on Phone 8.0 and Phone 8.1;

    it works on Windows Phone 10 only.

    same problem here. After a regular app update I suddenly receive this message when attempting to visit the IAP page:

    Can't find item in catalogue. We've looked, but we can't find the item you wanted to buy".

    I guess this is not a problem on our side.

    Did you solve it?

    Contacting support, I was assured it is a known issue and they are working to resolve it.
