    Question

  • Hello everyone,

I'm developing na App to Windows Store, and i'm using CSOM for retrieving data from SharePoint Online.

When i try to validate de app, with WACK, the message shown is FAIL, because the Microsoft.Sahrepoint.Client.dll.

Anyone knows if the Windows store validate process allow this exception?

Answers

  • If the WACK fails the app won't pass certification.

I don't believe there is a version of CSOM which supports Windows Store apps. You will need to use SharePoint's REST API. Please ask on the SharePoint forums for more details.
