  • Hi,

    According to your description, you want to integrate Outlook 2013 to Documentum with the information of each mail.

    Since Documentum is a third-party product, I’m not able to give your some professional suggestions about, I recommend you to ask questions on Documentum Support Forum for more efficient response.

    Here I wrote a VSTO sample to get the information such as To, CC, Subject and Body from the mail items in the inbox for your reference.

    using Outlook = Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook;
    private void GetInfoFromMail()
    {
        Outlook.MAPIFolder inbox;
        Outlook.Application app = new Outlook.Application();
        Outlook.NameSpace outlookNameSpace = app.GetNamespace("MAPI");
        inbox = outlookNameSpace.GetDefaultFolder(Outlook.OlDefaultFolders.olFolderInbox);
        Outlook.Items items = inbox.Items;

        string to = string.Empty;
        string cc = string.Empty;
        string subject = string.Empty;
        string body = string.Empty;

        if (items.Count == 0)
        {
            MessageBox.Show("There are no messages in the Inbox.");
        }

        foreach (Outlook.MailItem mail in items)
        {
            to = mail.To;
            cc = mail.CC;
            subject = mail.Subject;
            body = mail.Body;
        }
    }
