visual cc++ gives error when trying to install.

Question

i get this error:

0x80240017 Unspecified Error Setup failed.

it's on a pc with windows 7 32bit without internet.

pc is used to run a cnc machine.

this issue occured after try to install a updated CAM program for the cnc machine.

the installation guide asks for installing visual c++.

i tryed installing different visual c++ versions (from 2008 to 2019)

without succes
