Hotkey to move to design mode?

Question

 Something went gimpy with my Win7\VS 2008 setup...the bar which switches between xaml and design mode isn't there...well at least the "design" link isn't there.  Theres a document outline button where the design button(tab?) SHOULD be...like its covering it...

 Suggestions? :)

 The design surface was hidden for silverlight 3 due to performance issues.  (Using expression blend is the best method for editing the xaml.  Check out the website spark program.)  If you put your mouse at the bottom of the xaml in the designer you will see your mouse change to the resize cursor.  Drag the mouse up to unhide the design surface.
