  • Question

  • Hi,

Is there a way to identify the changes done by the user to the word document other than turning on Track changes?

  • Hi Manohar,

I'm not sure that if you want to achieve it by using coding? If so, what are you use, C# or VBA?

Could you please describe your problem in more detail?

    Best Regards,

  • If you have the original document, you can use Word's document comparison tools (Review|Compare) for that.

  • Thanks  Lina!

    I am using C#.

the scenario is, I need to programmatically get the changes done by the user to the document and also is it possible to get the paragraph number/page number that has been changed by the user.

    Thanks again!
