Hi, I know it is silly to ask this question?
I am trying to publish my application to localhost of my computer.
but why there is error when i put localhost at my service URL?
But if according the suggestion.I also put the admin privileges at tab authentication.
Just dunno why it still came out that signal?

You have to restart Visual Studio with admin privillages (right-click on Visual Studio icon in Start Menu/Desktop/Task Bar/etc... and select "Run as administrator"). Then you'll be able to publish to http://localhost
