  • Up and running again without any additional interference by ourselves. Downtime about 20 minutes.

  • We are suffering Error 503 on our EU-West websites in the last 60 minutes. July 15,  3:30 PM CEST.

It looks like this error from yesterday (extracted from azure health panel history):

From 14 Jul, 2014 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM UTC a very limited subset of Web Sites customers may have experienced latency and Error 503 when attempting to leverage their resources. A subset of Virtual Machines customers may have had issues accessing their existing Virtual Machine resources during this time. Preliminary investigation indicates that a TOR switch may have entered into a faulty state, causing impact seen for this incident. This incident has now been mitigated

All our sites are down, any idea?

  • No, it is not back. 5 hours yet. I could move one of my sites to North-Europe but the rest of them are down with 503 or 502 error.
