Prompting username and password

Dear All,
after I have install new SharePoint 2013 server, I was able to create new web application and new site collection under that without any problems. But I cant access newly created site collection. it's keep prompting username and password.
Any Idea?

Hi Lasantha,
Are you trying to access the site collection from the server itself? If you are, you are probably running into a security feature that won't allow you to use FQDN to connect to the SharePoint site from the server itself, to prevent spoofing. Are you trying to browse to your SharePoint site from one of the web front-end servers(or server itself) in your farm
If so, you're probably hitting the 'loopback check' issue (security feature built into recent versions of Windows). It will cause the behavior continuously prompting for credentials but never accepting them

Says it keeps on promting username and password!!! What happens when you give the credintials? If it gives an error please post it here.
