SingalR installation on Visual Studio 2015 RC failing RRS feed

  • Question

  • User2024324573 posted

Could not install singalr in Visual Studio 2015 RC.

    Tried to add

    "Microsoft.AspNet.SignalR": "2.1.2"

to project.json  and after saving the restore fails.

According to the post: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/news/vs2015-vs.aspx Visual Studio 2015 RC suppoer SingalR 2.1.2, but it is now worker.

Also in bower.json I have tried

    "signalr": "*"

    to install it, also failed.

Does anybody know how to install it?

    Thanks

    Mostafa

As per this case, you can do the following steps :

1.Goto Visual Studio >> Tools >>  Library Package Manager >> Package Manager Console

    2. you can update your signalr Packages like below :

    PM> update-Package microsoft.aspnet.signalr

    3. Or you can install your signalr packages like below :

    PM> install-Package microsoft.aspnet.signalr

This way will help to install the compatible latest version of signalr for this visual studio edition.
