computer cannot loading kinect microphone

Question

Hi, I had installed kinect sdk and the other three speech sdks.

However,my computer just could't recognize kinect's microphone

I had tried re-install all of sdks.

Any idea that can solve?

What devices do you see if you go to Device Manager, under "Microsoft Kinect" and "Sound, video and game controllers" groups?

That will help me troubleshoot better for you,

It's show like this picture

So, you can there is no Kinect audio or Kinect audio array

This problem is most often caused by kinect not being plugged in to external electrical power. You need to plug it both into USB port in PC AND to external electrical power. Some people have plugged into an electrical outlet and believed it was working, but upon second examination realized that the electrical outlet was not working and things worked better when switching to a different outlet.
