Issue with MS access 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We have office 2010 64bit usually we use to open the MS access files normally it's opening. When we scrolling down in the custom list box it's automatically moving up. Same file if we try to open on any other system on the same config it is working fine.

Which we highlighted in the yellow color that is the error. if we try to open the different file it getting the same problem automatically moving up.

    The action was taken,

    Repaired the office.

Installed the Access Database engine 2010 distribution.

Please help me with this issue! Thanks!

    BR,

    Bala.

  • Do I understand correctly that this is happening only on one PC? If so, does this machine have the latest Windows/Office updates installed?

  • Hi Bill,

Yes, we have windows/office patches updates on up-to-date on the PC. We have a problem with only one machine.

  • It doesn't sound like the Access file is the problem since it is not repeatable on other PCs. It could be a hardware problem. I have had faulty mice scroll unexpectedly. It could also be a driver problem.

One last thing you might try from a software perspective would be to uninstall Office using a product like Revo Uninstaller that removes all parts and cleans the registry. Then re-install Office.
