Hi,
Do you want give other developers' privilege to access Azure management portal? If yes, please consider to add co-administrators in Azure portal

If you want other developers access yoru storage account, service bus service but not give related password to them, try to use ACS to protect your resources and require other people provide password (you grant to them). Servicebus has it's security settings, such as transport and message.
Hope this helps.

Do you want them to see everything in account.windowsazure.com? They can't, only the Account Admin (you) can do that. If you want them to be able to access the Management Portal (manage.windows.azure.com), then you can make them co-admins or Service Admins.
