Problem with Send Mail Task RRS feed

  • I'm having trouble with the SEND MAIL TASK

    I added a script for the expression on the File Attachement..

    "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;DataSource=\\\\nt0351_bdc_0003\\INFORMATION\\Information\\Information\\Common\\Informatics Dept\\Akhlaq\\Galaxy\\"+@[User::FileName]

    Please see below for the error

    Error 1 Validation error. Send Mail Task Send Mail Task: Either the file "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;DataSource=\\nt0351_bdc_0003\INFORMATION\Information\Information\Common\Informatics Dept\Akhlaq\Galaxy\ABC2009-09-03.xls" does not exist or you do not have permissions to access the file.   Test1.dtsx 0 0

  • Are you trying to use the connection string in the Email ? or do you want to pass the STRING to the email?
    Your file attachemnt must have the file name and folder only

  • IF you remeber i had gaven you heads up to make the folder in a variable , now you need it

    @FoldePath + "\" + @FileName
    this has to be passed on to the ATTACHMENT of the email
