why does OptimKinect use 11 beam angles rather than others? RRS feed

  • “Optibeam - the Kinect sensor supports eleven beams from its four microphones”

    why not 13 beams(-60~60) or 15 beams(-70~70) even 19 beams(-90~90)?

    Are there any theories to support it?

    I really wanna know what to determine the 11 beams.Thank you!
