Hi all,
What does it mean - COLLATE Cyrillic_General_CI_AI ? I know it's codepage of column... I guess each of parts (Cyrillic, General, CI, AI) means something, where do I find details?

It defines the sorting as well as AI: accent insensitive, CI: case insensitive. Please take a look on the BOL article about Collations: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143503.aspx
