• Hi,

If you are just need to move the files to DL then you can once you create or use an existing DL then you can upload files from there.

If you need to use Data Factory then you can use "Copy Data" feature within Data Factory.

MS has pretty good tutorials that you can review as well.

  • Assuming you have created a Data Factory (DF) and DataLake storage,

    1) Select "Author and Monitor" within DF

    2) Select "Copy Data" and follow the steps.

    3) Select the DataLake storage where you can want to move files.

Let me know if that helps.

  • Hi Sir,

I have to load multiple .txt files from On-premises local machine to data lake using data factory.

I have completed the below task

    1-Created azure subscription

    2-Create data lake storage account

    3-Created azure data factory V2

4-Installed Integration Gateway on my machine.

The issue is I am not able to get the key to complete the integration gateway registration.

I have no idea how to get these keys and from where.

While searching on google I found some PowerShell keys but don't know what to pass the value of Name parameter as shown below.

Please help to get rid out of this issue

Thankx & regards, Vipin jha MCP
