Changing Boot Order in WDP RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have installed WDP x64 and have a dual-boot with Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate x64. Now I wanted to add a USB drive to my boot order and I can no longer access my BIOS (when I press F2 upon reboot the computer just blinks and stalls not responding). I suppose it is somehow connected to the new UEFI boot system in WDP. I have not found any menu for changing boot priorities in WDP. So does anybody know if there is a way of changing boot order or accessing the old BIOS for that matter in WDP?

  • hi there,

try hitting F10 or F12 instead.

i dont see Win8 DP changing your bios settings alone, be that in BIOS or UEFI... depending on the model, you might want to get in bios settings by using DEL, SUPPR or F1/F2 keys.

one time boot menu is usually on F8, F10 or F12 to my knowledge.

    keep us posted,

    Best regards,
