How to version aspx pages

Hi,

I am maintaining a website in which there are thousands of aspx pages & deployment of these pages is manual (i.e. we copy aspx pages to folder). Now many a times client misses to copy some pages and there is no way to find out if latest aspx was copied or not.

So was thinking to version aspx pages to identity whether its latest or not.

Please suggest how to version aspx pages ?

You can try to use Visual SourceSafe or Team Foundation Server (TFS) from Microsoft
