I just checked the mentioned link violet.azureedge.net and had a look at the HTTP response codes. SO the only 404 I can see is for requesting "style.css?ver=4.2.3" all the other resources seem to be ok (response codes 30x or 200). Here is a screen shot:
B/c the other resources can be retrieved from the cache, can you pls check the following things:
- Check that CDN is configured to work with query strings (per default it will ignore query strings) as described here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/documentation/articles/cdn-query-string/ and here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/documentation/articles/cdn-serve-content-from-cdn-in-your-web-application/
- Pls check that the your style.css file is available in azure storage (and so can be uploaded to the CDN edge nodes)
- If you think everything should be fine and you want to update the cached content on the CDN nodes you can manually purge an Azure CDN endpoint. pls have a look here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/documentation/articles/cdn-purge-endpoint/
Best,Oliver
