Can I display a WPF StechFlow project in a web browser? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I use Blend - and SketchFlow - to design UI prototypes and to list their specifications. These prototypes are shown and discussed with the users and the developers and then used as a reference on the intranet.

For anybody to be able to easily view them I use Silverlight projects so that they are viewable with a simple web browser.

So far I find what I need in the Silverlight assets in Blend. But Silverlight being put aside, what for the future? Hence my question: can I display a WPF project in a brower? In fact it is a bit more than that: can I run a WPF project in a SteckFlow player web page?

Of course for the user things have to stay as simple as viewing a page; he shouldn't have to go into the parameters of his browser to enable anything.

    Thank you

  • WPF applications in a browser are known as xbap.

There isn't an easy or supported way to convert a SketchFlow WPF app to an xbap app.
