  • Question

  • hi guys i have the following problem:

    i ihave a console program for kinect written in sdk1.0 it ran nicely. since i installed sdk 1.5 i cant compile my stuff. i guess the include files causing problems, but cant figure it out. here is the simplified program, that ran previously normaly (just the include files modified). has someone a solution?

    #include "stdafx.h"
    #include  "NuiApi.h"
    #include "NuiSkeleton.h"
    #include "strsafe.h"
    #include "SkeletonBasics.h"
    #include "resource.h"

    HRESULT hr = S_OK;

    int connect()
        h r= NuiInitialize( NUI_INITIALIZE_FLAG_USES_SKELETON);
      if( FAILED( hr ) )
        printf ("KINECT not found \n");
        NUI_SKELETON_FRAME SkeletonFrame;
    return 0;

    int main()

    system ("pause");
    return 0;

    thanks in advance

  • Version 1.5 should be completely compatible - including header files.

    Can you please verify that your project works with 1.0, then upgrade to 1.5 and tell us precisely the error that you get (and the steps that you use?)
